The Practice

What I build

Three depths.
One operator
across all of them.

From a one-week marketing site to a multi-month AI transformation. Same person scopes it. Same person ships it. The tier is a posture, not a silo — most engagements blend them.

Tier 01

Build

Quick wins. Ship in days, not quarters.

Best for

Teams that need to move fast on something specific. The site that converts. The internal tool nobody else will touch. The chatbot your founder keeps asking about.

What it is

Marketing sites, landing pages, internal tools, chatbots, integrations, brand assets. The first thing we build for you is the thing you wish someone had built six months ago — and we ship it before your next planning meeting.

What's included

  • Marketing sites & landing pages
  • Internal tools & dashboards
  • Chatbots, integrations, automations
  • Brand assets & identity systems
  • Forms, lead capture, intake flows
  • Database setup & schema design

Tier 02

Automate

The work that should run itself, finally does.

Best for

Operators with process bottlenecks costing real money. The work happening in spreadsheets, inboxes, and three different SaaS tools that should be one system.

What it is

Workflow automation, lead intake, document processing, CRM glue, email orchestration, AI-powered tools. The core revenue work — repeatable, reliable, ROI-positive within a quarter. Most clients live here.

What's included

  • Workflow & lead automation
  • Document & data processing pipelines
  • CRM & email orchestration
  • AI-augmented internal tools
  • Multi-system integration glue
  • Reporting & observability dashboards

Tier 03

Transform

Custom AI agents. Multi-tool orchestration. New ground.

Best for

Teams ready to invest in a real competitive moat. The work that becomes your unfair advantage — not something a competitor can copy by buying the same SaaS tools.

What it is

Full system architecture. Multi-agent AI pipelines. Data infrastructure. Ongoing maintenance. The work that changes how your business actually operates — built by someone who has shipped systems in heavy industries where downtime costs real money.

What's included

  • Custom AI agents & pipelines
  • Multi-tool orchestration & routing
  • Data architecture & modeling
  • Production-grade observability
  • Maintenance & iteration retainers
  • Strategic technical advisory

Process

How we actually work.

No mystery boxes. No agency-speak. You see progress weekly and course-correct in real time.

  1. 01

    Discover

A free consultation. We talk about what you actually need — not what a sales deck says you need.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written proposal: what gets built, how long it takes, what it costs, what success looks like.

  3. 03

    Build

You see progress weekly. No mystery box. No agency-speak. Course-correct in real time.

  4. 04

    Ship

You go live. Documentation, handoff, training. Optional retainer for ongoing iteration.

Common questions

Asked enough times to put on the website.

Have a different one? Bring it to a free consultation.

01

How long does a project take?

+

Build tier: days to a few weeks. Automate tier: 2–8 weeks depending on system complexity. Transform tier: 1–4 months for the initial build, then ongoing iteration. Every proposal includes a real timeline — not "it depends" hand-waving.

02

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

+

No. The free consultation exists for this. Bring the problem, not the solution. Often the thing you came in asking for is not the thing you actually need — and that conversation is worth having before any proposal goes out.

03

What if my problem spans multiple tiers?

+

They're tiers of complexity, not silos. Most engagements blend them — a Build for the front-end, Automate for the workflow underneath, Transform for the AI layer on top. We scope the actual work, not the marketing buckets.

04

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

+

Yes — monthly retainers between $500–$2,000 depending on scope. Maintenance, monitoring, iteration, support. Not every engagement needs one, but most Automate and Transform clients keep one running.

05

What industries do you work in?

+

Industry-agnostic by design. Eight years across oil & gas, healthcare, legal, construction, insurance, and startups. The pattern is the work — operations that can't afford downtime, can't tolerate errors, and can't waste money. If that sounds like your business, we'll get along.

06

Can you work with our existing systems?

+

Almost always yes. Most projects start with a stack you already have — a CRM, a database, a few SaaS tools, internal scripts. The work is making them talk to each other and adding the layer that's missing. Greenfield work is rare.

Ready when you are

Bring the problem.
We'll figure out which tier fits — or whether you need something off the menu entirely.

Free consultation. No sales pitch. Worst case, you walk away with a clearer plan than you came in with.
