Own build

The assistant running on this site

A production chat assistant that answers questions about the studio, qualifies inquiries, and writes leads to the pipeline with full attribution.

See it live
The studio assistant’s chat page mid-conversation: a visitor asks “What do you build?” and the assistant answers with the four kinds of work the studio does, under the site header and its Book a scoping call button.

The situation

A studio without a front desk still gets questions at 11 p.m. We wanted every visitor to get a real answer about what we build and how engagements work, and we wanted the serious ones captured with enough context to prepare for a call.

What we built

  • A streaming chat assistant mounted on the homepage, in a drawer on every page, and on its own page
  • Server-side conversation history, so the transcript survives a reload
  • A lead tool the assistant calls once it has a project description and a way to reach the person
  • Prompt-injection filtering, personal-data redaction, and layered rate limits
  • Structured error logging with daily and weekly digests
  • Attribution carried from the first click through to the lead record

What carries over

It runs in production and it is the same kind of system we build for clients: an assistant with permissions, logging, and a human on the other end of every lead. Try it from any page.

You dream, we deliver.

Bring us the problem. We’ll scope the fix.

A 20-minute scoping call: what you have, what is breaking, and what a fixed-scope build would look like. If it is not a fit, you will know by the end of the call.
